We get it, everyone has questions so we decided to create a page with some of the most frequently asked questions!
Our recommendation is no longer than 4 hours at a time. However, the candles depend on the size you purchase.
If your candles break along the way, with standardized proof, we will send you a new one free of charge! Contact us for more information if your shipping issue is specific or different.
As of now, we are in the pre-order stage of our orders. It should take 5-6 business days from the order date to complete your order, then another 1-3 typically to ship. Due to COVID-19, processing times may be increased.
Typical shipping times are between 1-5 business days in Canada and 5-7 business days in the USA. Actual delivery times depend on origin, destination, weather conditions and other factors.
For international orders, shipping costs are calculated by weight and volume. We do not charge any additional fees or overhead for packaging. You may be charged applicable duties, fees and taxes by the shipping carrier that are outside of our control.
We offer returns on any candle that has not been burned. If for some reason you do not want a product once it has shown up please email me for a return label. Unfortunately, we do not allow returns for candles that have been burned or used to test the scent.
We offer local shipping costs determined by Canada Post.
Before lighting up your candle, trim the wick to 1/4. This will prevent your candle from burning too quickly while keeping the scent throw to the best quality possible. Be sure to check out our blog for more candle tips!
